New Patient Platform – Doctena – Austria & Germany

9 out of 10 people find Doctena’s patient platform ‘easy’ or ‘very easy’ to use. That’s pretty great, but we’re not done, yet! With our goal in mind to make it easier for patients to find and book medical appointments, we have worked in the past months on giving your patients a new portal. It has a refreshed look, is easier to use and comes along with new features that help thepatients to find practitioners even faster and more easily. We believe that our changes ultimately help the patients to book moreonline.

Here are some impressions:

Figure 1: This is the look of the new homepage. It is not easier to find practitioners and practices by name

Figure 2: The search results have become clearer and it is easy to access a practitioner’s personal or practice profile

Figure 3: The profiles have been cleaned up and the focus is now more than before on booking the possibility to book an appointment

Every day we’re improving Doctena’s services, and every 8-12 weeks we tend to ship significant upgrades. We’re working on some great stuff now — we look forward to rolling it out when it’s ready.

If you’re a customer, thanks so much! And if you aren’t, but you find yourself struggling with appointment management, too many phone calls and too little visibility online, it’s time to give Doctena a shot. We’d like to give you a tour and discuss your options
