You can include the necessary information inside your Doctena profile linking to your own practice website. You can also choose to integrate a booking plug-in for your practice website so patients can book appointments directly from your website. All appointments are automatically managed inside your Doctena calendar.
If there is no availability in your agenda to be booked online, the patient will be redirected to an alternative way of contact. By default this is showing the practice telephone number.
